The founders of Paname, from the Parisian suburbs, brought with them much more than their accent, but are not ready to reveal the well-kept secret of their marinade. They open their first Paname at Jean Talon market in 2014 with all the freshness of local ingredients. the unique taste quickly makes its name with the local clientele and since then has only attracted gourmands from all over Montreal.
